Pete Hart has joined Aurora as Senior Technical Manager based at our offices in Welwyn Garden City (Hertfordshire).

Before joining Aurora, he spent 11 years as Specification Manager at JCC following previous sales and design roles within the lighting industry. Pete’s experience will be a major asset to Aurora, particularly with the recent launch of our Low Energy range.

Mark Smith has joined Aurora as Business Development Manager based in the Midlands.

Before joining Aurora, he spent 15 years at JCC in sales and more recently managed their distribution depot and conference facility. Mark’s role will be to generate specification business to put through our Wholesale customer base.

Mark Tilbury has joined Aurora as Lighting Designer & Specification Manager, working in the London area.

Mark has worked in the lighting industry for over 20 years, most recently for Concord Marlin, Holophane and Prisma.  He has specialist knowledge of working with multi-discipline consultants, architects and lighting designers.

With a wealth of experience in specification and lighting design, he will make a very valuable contribution to the future development of Aurora in the specification market sector.

Sharon Sinnott has recently left Ireland to take up the position of Planning & Inventory Manager at Aurora. 

Before joining Aurora, Sharon spent 10 years as Purchasing Manager at RS Sales Ltd in Dublin buying products to supply the construction and retail industry. Sharon has also worked as a Data Analyst for Primark. 

Her skills in purchasing and data analysis have already proven invaluable to the team.

Chris Law joined Aurora as a Business Systems Analyst based at our head office in St. Albans.

Prior to joining Aurora, Chris worked in the airline industry
(TUI, formerly Thomson) for a number of years as a Finance Manager and prior to that as a Business Performance Analyst. 

Chris will work closely with the Directors across a range of functions to deliver business information, commercial analysis and forecasting.
